Dreamlea



Dreamlea was built in 1909 and has always been in the family. The original owners were George and Geneva Kittridge, Dick's great Aunt and Uncle. They owned a grocery store in Belfast. Dick's Grandmother and Grandfather, as well as his parents, retired to the house next door (where Janet and Dick live currently) and Dick spent summers here on the shore as a child. This year around house has three bedrooms and is fully furnished and supplied with linens, towels, dishes, flatware, and pots and pans. There is a double bed in the master bedroom, a three quarter bed in the second bedroom, and two long twin beds in the third bedroom. Additionally, there is a single hide-a-bed downstairs and one cot-sized mattress stored in a closet. A washer and dryer are also available in the house. The maximum occupancy in the house is seven unless cleared with us before your arrival. In order to provide the best environment for all our guests we ask that you do not bring pets and also that you do not smoke inside the house.
Full weeks only during the summer Rentals from 2 p.m. Saturday to 10 a.m. Saturday
$875 per week from June 4, 2011 to September 24, 2011
Off Season Weekly Rates
$675 per week from September 25, 2010 to June 4, 2011
Off Season Weekend Rates Noon Friday to Noon Monday
$300 per weekend from September 25, 2010 to June 4, 2011
